Here’s some bike links to help you out.

To and from the south (Salem, Eugene) by bicycle

Though not as common or as popular as biking to The Coast, The Columbia Gorge, or north to Seattle and Vancouver, BC, there is a decent route down the valley known as the Willamette Valley Scenic Bikeway.

Portland-Gateway to Bicycle Touring

Portland is a great place for bicycle touring, and the Hawthorne Hostel is an awesome base for your Northwestern bicycle exploration!

Bicycling to the Columbia Gorge and eastern destinations

If you’re heading to or from the east on bicycle, you’re in for a treat! The Columbia River Gorge offers excellent riding and unparalleled scenery.

To and from the Oregon Coast by bicycle
